Ultimate Kashmir Adventure
Day 1: Jammu-Srinagar
You will arrive in Jammu and then take a road trip to Srinagar. They will escort you to your beautiful houseboat or hotel. You must begin with a 2-hour Shikara ride in Dal Lake. This road gives you a view of Dal Lake with the majestic Zabarwan Mountain Ranges as its backdrop. Post this tiring day, you will be taken back to your houseboat or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay..
Day 2: Excursion in Sonamarg
You will start your day with a healthy breakfast at the hotel or houseboat. Later, you will leave for a day tour at Sonamarg. At Sonamarg you will first visit the Thajiwas Glacier. You can enjoy trekking at this lake if you are an adventure enthusiast. Owing to that, many films have been shot at this location. Here you can spend time with your family and be charmed by the view of the mountains around you. Well, you can also have fun with some horse-riding activities at the valley. This brings you to the end of your day. It is time you head back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep and a delicious dinner.
Day 3: Sightseeing in Srinagar
You will begin your day with a healthy breakfast at your hotel or houseboat. Post breakfast, leave for your sightseeing tour of Srinagar. Your first destination will be at Shalimar Bagh. The garden overlooks the shining waters of Dal Lake. It is now a public garden but, in those times, it was restricted for the king and queen to spend quality time. It is said to be the “Crown of Srinagar”. Next up for the day will be Chashme Shahi. Yet another garden that cannot be missed out on. This is also a very renowned garden built by the Mughals. You must visit it for its terrace garden. It consists of walkways, colourful plants and pools of water. Your last sightseeing location for the day will be Hazratbal Shrine. The shrine houses a relic known as Moi-e-Muqqadas. It is believed to be the sacred hair of Prophet Muhammad’s beard. Day 4: Sightseeing in Gulmarg
After your breakfast at the hotel, you can continue with your sightseeing tour of Gulmarg. Your first destination for the day will be Alpather Lake. This lake is a high-altitude lake. Your last sightseeing location for the day is a hidden attraction. It is the Strawberry Valley. Not many tourists come to this valley. Day 5: Gulmarg-Pahalgam
On day 5, make sure your luggage is all packed and you have an early breakfast. It is time for yet another road trip, this time to Pahalgam. Upon your arrival in Pahalgam, you will be taken to your hotel where you can first complete your check-in process and then head out to take the tour of the town. The first destination on your itinerary of Pahalgam is Betaab Valley. Yes, maybe also dip your feet in the freezing cold water, click some memorable pictures and spend quality time with your loved ones. Day 6: Sightseeing in Pahalgam
Just like every day, begin your day with a healthy breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, you can continue your Pahalgam sightseeing tour. The next checkpoint will be at the Golf Course of Pahalgam. The golf course of Pahalgam is a huge place. Here you can take a quiet walk and appreciate its beauty. More so, just try playing some golf yourself.
